Description
The PLC Software Engineer develops and programs PLC software for custom and test/measurement machines, commissions and coordinates external development partners, defines machine concepts and software interfaces, implements safety concepts, and supports integration, commissioning, and system testing. The role requires an engineering degree, several years of control and automation experience with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal, knowledge of Siemens drive technologies, and expertise in HMI, OPC UA, safety, and related tools. The position is based in Oberkochen, Baden-Württemberg, and requires very good German and good English skills.
