Description
Matrix is hiring a PLM Coordinator to join its engineering team in Newburgh, Indiana. The role maintains accurate product data, BOMs, engineering change orders, specifications, and component documentation across PLM and ERP systems; coordinates with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams; supports new product introductions; and contributes to BOM process improvement. The position is based at the company’s home office and is not remote, with occasional field testing and possible underground work. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of BOM or PLM management experience, and proficiency with PLM and ERP systems, preferably Arena and Oracle.
