Description
The PLM Engineer serves as the technical leader and subject matter expert for PLM, Digital Thread, Product Data Governance, and Engineering Systems transformation initiatives. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, sales, quality, business planning, purchasing, and ITDC stakeholders to develop PLM capabilities, standardize engineering processes, define PLM architecture and integration strategies, support enterprise system integrations, establish data governance and cybersecurity practices, and drive user adoption and business value. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and at least 10 years of related experience, with expertise in enterprise PLM platforms and cross-functional technical leadership.
