Lam Research is hiring a PLM Solution Manager to lead digital transformation across the product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization. The role will architect business processes, data models, and technology capabilities; implement PLM, PPM, MBSE, digital twin, virtual build, and NPI solutions; enable engineer-to-order and configure-to-order capabilities; and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, quoting, and IT. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, PLM, or engineering systems, and expertise with platforms such as Teamcenter, NX, SAP, Opcenter, and Dassault. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $137,000 to $287,000.
