Description
Forvia is seeking a PLM Support Engineer to provide first-line support for Teamcenter and 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA PLM and CAD users in the automotive domain. The role manages support tickets, resolves and escalates issues, documents solutions, collaborates with engineering and IT teams, supports PLM functionality and change management, performs UAT and testing, and organizes user training. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of PLM support experience are required, with a master’s degree preferred.
