Avenir Conseil is hiring a PLM Training Consultant to support business teams in adopting PLM solutions. The role involves analyzing client business processes, configuring PLM software, developing training plans and materials, leading in-person or remote workshops, supporting change adoption, and collaborating with PLM project managers and technical experts. The position requires at least five years of experience in training or change management, experience with large-scale training programs, PLM software proficiency, CAD and database knowledge, and professional English. It is based in the Île-de-France region.
