Description

IQVIA is seeking a PLSQL Product Support Advisor to join their technology team in Bangalore. The role involves participating in technology product development support, gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, managing daily ticketing queues, preparing meeting agendas, building client slides, and providing tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations. The advisor will collaborate with product development teams and participate in QA, UAT, and production launch support.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle (SQL,PL/SQL) and production support with UNIX.
Preferred Qualifications: writing SQL queries using joins, sub queries and views to retrieve data from Database.
should have good hands-on experience in joins, sub queries and views, Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Cursors and Complex Queries.
Good Logical, Analytical skills, Commitment to perform quality work.
Should have Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with stringent deadlines.
Willing to work in rotational shift
