Description
The Plumber will perform various aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, including installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing plumbing systems in office buildings and other commercial establishments. Responsibilities also include conducting inspections, directing subcontractors, interfacing with clients, documenting work, purchasing materials, and performing other related duties. The role requires a Journeyman's license, specific certifications, and physical ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders.
