Description
Downer is hiring a permanent Plumber at Holsworthy Barracks to perform general plumbing maintenance, minor upgrades, water supply, sewerage, drainage, backflow prevention, and thermostatic mixing valve testing. The role responds to service requests and urgent repairs and requires a Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent, an NSW Plumbing Licence, post-trade plumbing experience, a current open driver’s licence, and the ability to obtain and retain a Defence Security Clearance. Defence experience or a facilities environment is preferred, while Backflow Prevention Certification and a Gas Work Licence (Type A) are desirable.
