The Plumber performs minor plumbing repairs, installs and maintains pipes, fittings, valves, appliances, and fixtures, locates leaks, reviews blueprints and building codes, and conducts preventative maintenance. The role requires a Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator License and Plumber Certification, with a technical or vocational degree and at least two years of related work experience preferred. The position involves physical work including lifting, bending, reaching, and working with ladders, and requires adherence to safety, security, quality, and guest-service standards.
