Description
Moseley is hiring a Plumbing Designer (Plumbing Engineer) to design, draft, coordinate, and administer commercial and institutional plumbing systems. The role covers water distribution, sanitary sewer, vent, storm drainage, gas, and compressed air systems; code compliance; construction drawings and specifications; project scheduling; multidisciplinary coordination; on-site surveys; RFI and submittal review; and construction support. Candidates need at least five years of plumbing engineering design experience, an engineering degree or equivalent experience, Revit and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of the International Plumbing Code. The position is based in Baltimore, Maryland or Richmond, Virginia, offers a hybrid work model, and pays $80,000–$110,000 annually in Maryland.
