BSA is hiring a Plumbing Engineer for its Indianapolis studio in Carmel, Indiana. The role supports engineering leadership and leads plumbing-system planning, design, documentation, client engagement, coordination with consultants and other disciplines, project documents, working drawings, and design improvements. It may involve managing small teams, mentoring designers, owning small projects or significant portions of larger projects, and supporting project budgets. The position requires a bachelor’s or professional degree in mechanical or architectural engineering, offers preferred PE licensure and 5–10+ years of related plumbing design experience, and provides medical, dental, vision, hybrid work, retirement, and other benefits.
