Description
The Plumbing Field Operations Manager oversees multiple field projects, coordinates staffing and resources, monitors schedules and budgets, identifies delays and recovery plans, and supports compliance with specifications, safety, reporting, quality, and employee engagement. The role requires travel, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and OSHA 30 certification; a bachelor’s degree in construction management or administration or equivalent related experience is preferred, along with at least 10 years of construction management experience.
