EMI Services is hiring a Plumbing General Maintenance Worker to perform general plumbing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs on buildings and equipment at U.S. Army Fort Jackson. The role includes installing and repairing pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems; diagnosing leaks; using specialized equipment such as jetters and pipe-bending machines; and following plumbing codes and building plans. The position pays $22.49 per hour plus $5.09 in fringe benefits and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of related experience or formal vocational/technical training, U.S. citizenship, and access to a military installation.
