The Plumbing Manager oversees all plumbing operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair, while managing a team of plumbers and technicians. The role coordinates project schedules, budgets, procurement, inspections, safety compliance, and client and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, an accredited plumbing apprenticeship, a valid plumbing license or certification, at least five years of plumbing experience including two years in a supervisory or management role, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
