Description
The Project Manager will serve as the liaison between field operations and other company functions, overseeing the transition of MEP plumbing projects from estimating through operations. Responsibilities include project setup, submittal books, supplier accounts, RFIs, change orders, material take-offs, purchase orders, scheduling, billing, close-out documentation, profitability analysis, and employee recruitment. The role is based at the Statesboro office and assigned job sites in the Savannah, Georgia, and surrounding areas, with travel to South Carolina as needed.
