Charlotte Mechanical is hiring a Plumbing Superintendent to lead plumbing construction projects throughout the Charleston, South Carolina region. The role oversees plumbing installation, foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors; coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, budgets, drawings, and change orders; conducts quality and safety inspections; and supports project profitability. Candidates need at least five years of commercial or multi-family plumbing construction supervision experience, knowledge of plumbing systems and codes, and the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors.
