Description
The Plumbing Superintendent supervises plumbing installation crews across multiple projects, coordinates materials and equipment, manages subcontractors and general contractors, conducts safety and quality inspections, and maintains project schedules. The role requires onsite work, out-of-state travel, a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 30 certification, and at least ten years of experience. It also requires physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
