The role performs commercial and residential plumbing repairs, water heater installations, drain cleaning, leak detection, sewer repairs, backflow testing, and customer service, while following safety protocols. Candidates need 2–5 years of plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, physical work capability, personal tools, and availability for periodic after-hours shifts; mobile dispatching software experience is preferred.
