Fulton Center is hiring a Cook Supervisor in Gloversville, New York. The role prepares, cooks, bakes, and serves food; works on the tray line; cleans and sanitizes the kitchen; and manages the kitchen when the food service director is absent. Candidates need healthcare cooking certification, supervisory experience, at least two years of large-scale cooking experience, knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparation, a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability, and strong teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
