Dining Services at Elizabethtown College is hiring a PM Dining Services Supervisor to oversee evening closing procedures, food safety compliance, sanitation, cash handling, and end-of-shift inspections across dining operations. The role also supervises food truck operations, including setup, service, cleanup, inventory, events, staff guidance, and cash transactions. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate degree from an accredited culinary institute and two years of food service supervisory experience are preferred or equivalent. The position requires PA ServSafe certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and physically demanding conditions. The salary is $20.00-$23.00.
