ResCare Community Living is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Program Supervisor to supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential, vocational, or in-home program serving 4–8 individuals or 10–15 individuals. The role combines direct support with program planning, compliance, health care, staffing, training, employee management, financial and census management, and maintenance oversight. The position pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, computer knowledge, and a current driver’s license if transportation is provided.
