Description

The PM Director for GDP will lead the product management organization responsible for Google Design systems and AI-powered developer tooling. The role defines the product roadmap, technical strategy, and adoption plan for design systems, GenUX, agentic developer loops, design-to-code pipelines, and Design Agents, while partnering with Design, Engineering, Research, and Program Management directors and serving Google Product Areas as enterprise partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or design field, 15 years of product management experience, and experience with AI/LLM workflows, front-end development, and UI infrastructure.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 15 years of product management experience in technology organizations
Experience with AI/LLM-driven workflows, agentic developer loops, or generative UI tooling
Experience with front-end development and UI infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications: Experience defining and scaling platform-level products, developer tools, or design systems at global scale
Experience navigating B2B or internal platform service models
Experience with multi-product design systems and large-scale framework migrations
Ability to drive strategic programs and execute with speed in a matrixed, cross-functional service environment
Appreciation for design craft, typography, motion, and interaction design
