Description
Lanter Delivery Systems is hiring a full-time PM Dock Lead to supervise dock team members during a specified shift and ensure safe, efficient, accurate loading and unloading of freight. The role includes coaching and training freight handlers, operating a forklift, matching manifests to parcels, entering freight data, supporting cross-dock operations, resolving conflicts, and safeguarding company assets. It requires warehouse, cross-dock, or related experience, supervisory experience, and Microsoft Office knowledge, with up to 5% travel and typically 40–45 hours per week across Monday through Saturday, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
