The Food and Beverage Manager-PM oversees and leads the Food and Beverage team at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, supporting daily front-of-house operations, guest service, reservations, outlet cleanliness, employee supervision, training, budgeting, and coordination with other managers and departments. The role includes maintaining POS records, participating in pre-service and weekly meetings, and assisting with equipment requisition.
