WSP is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Madrid to lead building and complex industrial projects from proposal through closeout. The role coordinates multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams, manages schedules, costs, quality, client relationships, and project risks, and may also serve as Quality Manager. Candidates should have a relevant engineering or architecture degree, more than 10 years of building, infrastructure, or complex industrial project experience, experience leading design teams and managing end-to-end projects, advanced Spanish and English, and experience with BIM environments such as Autodesk Revit and MS Project.
