Amazon Mexico's Transportation Capacity team is hiring a Program Manager to lead volume and capacity planning initiatives across its middle-mile and last-mile transportation network. The role develops capacity plans, optimizes resource utilization and productivity, performs root-cause analysis, collaborates with cross-functional teams, produces performance reports, and implements automation and process improvements. Candidates need at least three years of team, program or project management, cross-functional, and project delivery experience, along with a bachelor's degree and fluent English proficiency.
