Description
The Server provides fine-dining service at assigned Stein Collection Lodge Food and Beverage outlets, including Glitretind, Room Service, Banqueting, Troll Hallen, Buffet, and A la carte. The role involves setting up and maintaining work areas, coordinating with kitchen staff, serving guests, processing payments, reconciling receipts, and completing shift close paperwork.
