Description
The PM Supervisor provides field supervision and leadership to preventive maintenance staff performing maintenance on industrial mechanical equipment in an institutional setting. The role covers HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades, equipment inspections, minor repairs and adjustments, technical guidance, scheduling, material ordering, and emergency-closing duties. It requires considerable supervisory experience, several years of preventive maintenance or repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and in-person reporting; the position is open until filled.
