Description
The Injection Molding Technician will set up and operate plastic injection-molding cells, including molds, injection machines, and auxiliary equipment; diagnose and repair molds, machines, PLCs, and vision systems; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; adjust process parameters; monitor product quality; document process changes; and support continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a completed technical degree, preferably in electromechanical, mechatronics, plastics, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in plastic injection molding, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general mechanical systems. The primary work location is Reynosa, Mexico.
