Description
The role leads the Project Construction team and oversees contractor and subcontractor planning, execution, safety, compliance, interfaces, progress reporting, constructability, and readiness reviews. It also mentors and develops UAE Nationals and manages construction-related teams and performance. The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent, a Master’s degree in management or equivalent, and at least 20 years of oil and gas experience, including broad construction management experience on major projects.
