Description
Wood is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering aspects of the ADNOC Offshore - Umm Shaif Gas Cap Phase 1 - Package 2 & 3 project. The role manages technical objectives, scope, budget, schedule, risk, change, quality, design optimization, reviews, vendor and contractor technical activities, and engineering staff development, while coordinating with technical departments, business units, operations, and external consultants. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, a master’s degree in management or equivalent, and at least 20 years of oil and gas capital project experience, including 10 years as an Engineering Manager.
