Description
Wood is recruiting three Senior Construction Superintendents – Civil to provide field leadership and oversight for civil construction activities on a major project. The role involves supervising earthworks, excavation, foundations, concrete structures, utilities, roads, drainage, and other civil works; managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams; ensuring compliance with specifications, HSEQ requirements, schedules, and quality standards; reviewing construction documentation; conducting inspections and audits; resolving field issues; and supporting planning, scheduling, and project coordination. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and have at least 15 years of experience in relevant oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
