MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Erie, Pennsylvania to provide psychiatric care to geriatric patients and residents in long-term care settings. The role includes psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic medication management, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and travel up to 50% to partner healthcare organizations.
