MindCare Solutions is hiring a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care to geriatric patients and residents in long-term care settings. The role includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic medication management, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and travel up to 50% to partner healthcare organizations. The position is based in the Jamestown, New York to Erie area, reports to the Chief Medical Officer, and requires an active, unrestricted New York PMHNP license, a master’s or doctoral nursing degree specializing in psychiatric mental health, and board certification.
