Description
FORVIA is hiring a PML Engineer to serve as a program core team member responsible for industrializing new production lines across involved automotive plants. The role defines and implements production system concepts, coordinates product and process design, conducts footprint and make-or-buy studies, leads industrial design and tool/machine workshops, manages industrial risks and PFMEA, coordinates equipment, tooling, packaging, traceability, plant readiness, acceptance, and manufacturing milestones, and drives delivery to MPT and SOP on time and within capacity and cost targets. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or significant professional experience, at least five years in automotive program launch, industrialization, or manufacturing, knowledge of plastic-processing technologies and quality/project-management methods, strong coordination and communication skills, budget and remote-team management abilities, and fluent English.
