DBD is hiring a PMO Deployment Coordinator to lead pilot deployments of new governance, PMO processes, and ways of working. The role coordinates design and delivery teams, ensures standards and tools are usable in practice, tracks adoption, resolves blockers, and builds evidence to support wider scaling. It requires a PMO, governance, or process-improvement background, preferably with experience piloting or rolling out new processes, and offers up to a 20% bonus, 25 days of holiday, enhanced pension, private health insurance, and private dental.
