OES is hiring a permanent hybrid PMO Manager in Cape Town to lead a portfolio of Project Managers and oversee delivery governance, strategic alignment, financial and resource management, client and executive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, reporting, coaching, and continuous improvement across complex project portfolios. The role requires 7–10 years of project or programme management experience, including at least 3 years in leadership, and proficiency with tools such as Kantata, Jira, Monday.com, and Asana. The position works Mondays and Thursdays in the office and remotely on the remaining days, from 10:00 to 18:30 South Africa Standard Time.
