Description
The PMO Manager will oversee project management frameworks, methodologies, planning, execution, closing, budgets, schedules, risks, client and subcontractor relationships, and project performance across electrical transmission, distribution, and substation projects. The role is based in the company office in Boerne, Texas, requires travel to project sites, and includes mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 15 years of project management experience including 5 years managing technical projects, and strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
