Trafilea is hiring a PMO Manager to lead the company’s project management framework, PMO processes, resource allocation, OKR execution, project planning, risk and blocker visibility, and organizational design toward a matrix structure. The role also oversees operational frameworks, Asana dashboards, enterprise Agile adoption, and cross-functional delivery, while requiring extensive PMO leadership experience, a graduate degree, and strong strategic, analytical, and executive relationship skills. The position is 100% remote, based in LATAM, with a USD competitive salary and paid time off.
