Quest Global is hiring a full-time Memory IP Program Manager to manage memory intellectual property development programs. The role owns project objectives, schedules, budgets, risks, quality checklists, Jira tickets, dashboards, and delivery outcomes while coordinating technical and non-technical teams across time zones. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 12 years of experience including 3+ years in program or technical product management within chip design or VLSI, and familiarity with mixed-signal IP, Verilog/RTL, verification, and physical design. The position requires working from the Cadence Bengaluru office at least four days per week.
