Description
Mitrelli is hiring a PMO professional with a Civil Engineering background to join its Contracting and PMO team. The role represents the Owner/Employer perspective across the full project life cycle, coordinating Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Project Management while managing tenders, contracts, cost control, technical reviews, project planning, reporting, risks, claims, variations, and contract close-out for construction and infrastructure projects. Candidates need a Civil Engineering degree, at least 8 years of relevant PMO or project management experience, strong contract and tender management expertise, construction cost-control and planning knowledge, proficiency with Excel and preferably MS Project or Primavera P6, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
