Mitrelli is seeking a PMO - Studies and Proposals Civil Engineer to join their Contracting & PMO team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming client needs into viable engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, focusing on structuralizing projects and preparing competitive bids for public tenders. This role involves translating strategic client needs into technically sound, operationally feasible, and economically viable solutions, acting as a liaison between various departments to ensure consistent and competitive proposal preparation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Studies and Proposals roles.
Demonstrated experience interpreting Terms of Reference (ToR), tender documents (cadernos de encargos), technical specifications, and tender documentation, as well as developing conceptual solutions and structuring technical proposals based on client needs, limited information, or the absence of a developed base project.
Experience in large-scale projects in Infrastructure, Energy, Water and Sanitation, Dams, Urban Development, Health, and Education.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning contributions across different technical areas during the preparation of studies and proposals.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, cost estimates (CAPEX), feasibility studies, and risk analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, and strategic vision; results-oriented mindset; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a high sense of responsibility, ethics, integrity, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
