PMO Supervisor at ClearCaptions

ClearCaptions is hiring a PMO Supervisor to oversee project management standards, project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource alignment, stage-gate execution, audits, and governance across Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Project Coordinators. The role provides coaching, escalates delivery risks, supports process improvements, and manages project health and reporting. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience, and at least seven years of PMO operations experience including three years in people management. The position is 100% remote with approximately 10% travel and pays $115,000 to $125,000 plus a 5% bonus.
