Sungrow North America is hiring a PMP Engineer to develop and maintain preventive maintenance planning and scheduling processes for long-term service agreements, coordinate with asset managers, performance engineers, field service technicians, vendors, and clients, manage subcontractors, audit and train third-party O&M vendors, monitor site reports, and improve asset performance. The role requires an electrical engineering or technician background, at least two years of maintenance service planning and scheduling experience in the BESS or energy industry, utility-scale solar and battery energy storage experience, and proficiency with planning and scheduling software. It is a contract role based in Central California with 25% travel and an anticipated annual base salary of $80,000 to $125,000 for eligible candidates.
