Description
Intuitive is hiring a Regulatory Post Market Surveillance Quality Engineer to support complaint investigations, escalated field events, regulatory response letters, root-cause analysis, data collection, and cross-functional resolution of product and process quality and compliance issues. The role partners with subject-matter experts, participates in audits, and improves closed-loop quality management systems. It requires at least five years of related experience in quality, engineering, operations, or continuous improvement, a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time; knowledge of medical-device quality regulations and process-improvement methodologies is preferred.
