GlobalFoundries is hiring a Quantum Integration Engineer (PMTS) to lead the development and integration of semiconductor technologies for scalable quantum computing systems. The role spans device integration, BEOL interconnects, photonics, advanced packaging, cryogenic interfaces, and quantum hardware process development, with responsibility for integration architecture, roadmaps, experimental programs, cross-functional execution, data analysis, and technical mentorship. Candidates need an associate's degree, BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant technical discipline and at least 15 years of semiconductor process integration, technology development, or advanced manufacturing experience. The expected salary range is $143,000 to $247,000.
