Description
The Pneumatic Assembler installs, assembles, tests, completes, and installs paper-converting machinery and related pneumatic, hydraulic, cable, wire, and tubing systems. The role includes reading blueprints and shop orders, installing magnehelic components and control boxes, routing and terminating pneumatic and hydraulic components, operating material-handling equipment, using overhead cranes and rigging, and maintaining a clean work area. A high school diploma or equivalent education, basic arithmetic and metric-conversion ability, communication skills, and collaboration ability are required; travel is preferred. The position involves occasional travel, exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and the need for PPE.
