Description
The Senior Order Processing Coordinator serves as a primary contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations, Finance, and Logistics, validating supporting documents and processing complex or mega sales orders. The role follows up with vendors on order status, coordinates delivery arrangements, resolves system issues, supports process improvement, reduces order backlogs, mentors team members, and assists managers and team leads. It requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong data-entry and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
