The Financial Times is hiring a paid, ten-week summer Audio Journalism Intern to pitch, research, report, and produce audio stories for its flagship daily podcast, FT News Briefing. The intern will gather archive audio, coordinate interviews, and edit podcast content, working in the office at least three days per week. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027, pays $22 per hour for 40 hours per week, and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States. Applicants should have journalism or podcast experience, strong writing and editing skills, an interest in finance and business news, and experience with Descript or similar editing software.
